What forms of payment do you accept?


iDEAL is a safe and fast way to pay by wire transfer using your local bank’s online banking service.

Choose “iDEAL” as your payment method while placing your order and select your local bank, where you have a bank account, from the dropdown list. You will be forwarded automatically to your bank’s online banking service and can proceed to do a wire transfer. A payment confirmation is generally sent out shortly after the wire transfer has been processed.

Possible processing costs as well as bank fees will be charged to the customer. If the item is returned, a refund will be wired back to the account that was used to pay for the original order.



Please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.


Orders from the Netherlands are shipped worldwide via our Postnl Express. All shipments that are sent by, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm . The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

How can I track my status?
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the POSTNL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Who pays for return/exchange shipping?
You do. You must pay to ship any returns or exchanges yourself. We recommend using an insured, traceable method.

How do I return or exchange something?
You will find a Return-and-Exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an item, complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow up to fifteen business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.
